The instructor checked my alignment and you are correct in your analysis of the error of imprinting spine. Correct for has a natural curve, however, I can't seem to keep the curve most likely bc of weak abdominals and overcompensating with back muscles. I did 3 privates, guess I need more. You are wise to assert folks need lessons in pilates, too many opportunities to injure yourself. As far as I recall there is no specific routines for golf or tennis, but you could apply the principles.
